A SET OF THREE SILVER ROSEWATER SPRINKLERS, OTTOMAN EMPIRE OR SUCCESSOR STATES, EARLY 20TH CENTURY
comprising a pair and one smaller, the gourd shaped bodies with panels of matted ground scrollwork, on leafy cast feet, each spout with bird finial and applied around the screw-in base with three cast openwork leaf sprays with further birds, Tughra and 'sah' marks; together with another silver rosewater sprinkler, Alexandria, mid 20th century, similar to the preceding but with bulbous body chased with a band of leaves against a matted ground, 19cm high; 631g (4)
