with recurved double-edged blade, iron hilt with pierced outer guard decorated with a pair of peacocks and Nandi Bull with the seated figure of Shiva between, chiselled foliate pommel, and slender inner guard interrupted by a moulding en suite (some pitting), 27.2 cm overall
