with straight tapering blade of flattened-oval section, engraved with simple geometric ornament on each face at the forte, file-fluted ricasso, shaped tang fitted with a copper alloy plaque on each face forming the grip, traces of a gold-coloured finish, in its tooled leather scabbard, 32.0 cm overall
