Elizabeth, daughter of Nicholas Fazakerley, married Sir Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Marquess of Stafford, shortly before this miniature was taken in December 1744. Sadly she died of small pox 19 May 1746. Sir Granville, a politician married secondly Lady Louisa Egerton in 1748 and thirdly Lady Susanna Stewart in 1768.
