A CHINESE PELLET CROSSBOW, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, APPROXIMATELY TWENTY FIVE SELF BOWS

AN ATLATL AND A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH SHOOTING STICK

the first with carved wooden stock with bamboo and sinew prod, an antler trigger mechanism held together by iron bolts, an iron square forward sight (rear sight and bowstring missing); the second comprised of branch shortbows from various locations including Fiji and parts of Africa, made from a variety of materials including bamboo, leather, rattan, snakeskin, hide, and hair; the third a wooden atlatl with carved designs across the front, the fourth a late 19th century patented French shooting stick (marked BTE for Breveté Sans Garantie Du Gouvernement) (qty)
