the blade shinogi-zukuri, iori-mune and chu-kissaki, midare-notare hamon visible in parts (scuffed, scratched) and ubu nakago with two mekugi-ana, suji-chigai yasuri, kata-yamagata jiri and signed with a Kiku near the ha-machi and Iga (no) Kami Rai Kinimichi on the omote and Nihon' Kaji Sosho on the ura; with ishime black lacquered saya, maru-bori iron tsuba depicting foliage highlighted in gold, iron fuchi-kashira decorated with breaking waves in low relief, iron menuki formed as oxen and tsuka of black ito over black samé
