The Summer Jewellery & Watches auction is one of our biannual live sales offering antique and modern jewellery and watches. Designers include Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Piaget, Ilias Lalaounis, Boodles, Garrards and McCabe McCarty who supplied jewellery to Cartier London, Asprey and Garrards during the 1970s and 80s. The watches include a Rolex Day-Date, GMT Master II and Submariner as well as examples by IWC, Tag Heur, Breitling, Omega, Bremont as well as a gold pocket watch by Patek Philippe.
Highlights in the jewellery sale include a rare Victorian gothic revival guard chain by Louis Wiese, 1890s, an Italian acrostic gold necklace from the descendants of Pocahontas, 1890s, a Cartier London natural pearl and diamond necklace, 1920s and a rare ‘Queen Anne’ aquamarine paste necklace from the 1750s.
