with double-edged blade of flattened-triangular section, rectangular ricasso engraved with foliage on each face, horn hilt comprising shaped lower guard with curved leading edge, disc pommel fitted with a chased copper alloy plaque on top decorated with foliage, and tapering grip (small chips, restorations and repairs), 32.5 cm overall
