We hold biannual auctions of Fine Paintings, Works on Paper and Sculpture by British, European and international artists with estimates from £500 to tens of thousands. Recent highlights include 'Figures on a Beach' by L.S. Lowry which achieved £237,500 and 'Mixed Flowers in a Black Jug' by William Nicholson which achieved a world auction record of £200,000. 

Important consignments have included works by Richard Long and Peter Blake sold on behalf of Turner’s House in Twickenham and property from the estates of leading gallerists Alexander Iolas and Karsten Schubert featuring the work of Nicki de St Phalle, Michael Craig-Martin and Michael Landy.  The Paintings, Works on Paper and Sculpture department regularly sell single-owner sales such as the recent white glove sale of the Estate of John Russell Taylor, and the Iolo Williams Collection which have dedicated catalogues.  To enquire about buying these single owner sale catalogues, please contact enquiries@olympiaauctions.com
