with slightly curved fullered blade (some surface rust and old staining) double-edged towards the point, hilt comprising quillon-block cast and chased with a dragon on one side and a stag in a landscape on the other, recurved eagle-head quillons, eagle-head pommel with chased details and surmounted by the tang button, and swelling spirally-fluted green stained ivory grip, in its it tooled leather scabbard (worm, chape missing) with locket and suspension mount, the former embossed and chased with an eagle framed by rocailles on one side and pricked with traces of retailer’s details on the other, and two suspension rings, 55.3 cm blade
