with bright tapering blade of flattened hexagonal section, the forte with central fuller on both sides struck with alternate ‘X’ and ‘O’ marks and struck with a ‘P’ mark on one side below the hilt, blackened russet hilt with rounded guard with incised line border beneath, swelling quillons, thumb-ring, knuckle-guard hooked into the globular pommel and grip bound with twisted and plain copper alloy wire between Turk’s heads, 95.3 cm blade
